Miguel Teuscher has over 40 years of experience working in Asia, connecting various international industrial mineral companies to the Japanese market. With a base in Japan, Miguel has worked extensively in the People’s Republic of China, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan. Miguel has managed organizational change through times of growth, restructure, and mergers and acquisitions, and has been involved in setting up organizations for new market penetration.
Since moving to Japan from Buenos Aires at a young age, he has grown to intimately understand the Asian markets and in particular the Japanese way of thinking, speaking and acting.
Miguel loves Japan but understands, from personal experiences, the cultural barriers that foreign companies must overcome to enter the market.
In his spare time, Miguel likes to walk, run, read, travel and practice Aikido. He loves to be with his family, and the fact that his family is scattered around the globe is just another convenient reason to travel.
